【What we do】
LISUTO is a Japanese rapidly growing start-up with teams both Japan and Israel.
We provide "AI Tagger", an epochal SaaS service that utilizes AI to automatically optimize product content for SEO on E-commerce sites.

Working in collaboration with the sales team, you will be in charge of on-boarding new accounts, ensure their long term success and offering revolutionary new AI-based services and features to our customers.
You will also act as a bridge between the Israeli development team and the Japanese support team, handling quality assurance customers inquiries and resolving system issues.

【About the position】
We are looking for a Full Time bilingual Japanese/English Account Management staff.

【Responsibilities】
 Communicate with local customer in Japanese
 Sales of new services to existing customers (Cross-selling/Up-selling)
 QA on our own system
 Data entry/management
 Communicate with the Israeli development team in English
 Other operations related to sales account management, customer success and clerical work

【Salary】
￥300,000～/Month （with public holidays off）+ incentives
※According to your experience and skills
※3 months trial period

【Overview】
10:00-19:00（8 Hours)　
Monday to Friday (Off on Saturdays & Sundays)
※Currently working remotely

Year end and New year holidays
