Ledian is a membership-based cosmetics online shopping site. By paying a monthly fee, you can purchase products at special prices, and some products are available for purchase at almost cost. We would like you to manage and execute marketing initiatives for the growth of our site.

You will be responsible for building and directing the flow of direct marketing/digital marketing in D2C cosmetics, as well as executing it broadly. Based on the marketing strategy decided upstream, you will be required to manage the progress of initiatives that cannot be performed in-house, and to plan and direct new initiatives and creatives quickly in a PDCA cycle.
*Regular meetings with team members and communication through other messenger tools will occur as necessary.
