You will be in charge of developing an overall strategy for BtoB marketing to maximize inquiries regarding our own products and services, planning, and directing all aspects of in-house advertising operations. Our main mission is to create a system for generating new leads, lead nurturing, and promoting business growth through inside sales.

As a B2B Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing overall strategies, plans, and directing in-house advertising operations to maximize inquiries and sales for our company's products and services. Your primary mission will be to generate new leads, nurture them, establish inside sales, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement overall strategies, plans, and operations for acquiring client candidates for our company's products and services.
Develop and implement lead generation, lead nurturing, and inside sales processes.
Analyze data and propose improvements based on the findings.
Develop and implement offline/digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
Devise, implement, test, and improve new strategies and campaigns to acquire new leads using tactics such as website management, online seminars, and operational advertising.
Allocate budgets and manage metrics to achieve KPI goals.
Identify client needs and design effective communication strategies.
Brand marketing.
Additional Information:
One-hour weekly meetings with team members.
Other communication via messenger tools as needed.
[Qualifications]
Preferred:
Experience as a consultant for web-based advertising agencies.
Experience in advertising operations for 3 years or more.
Excel function skills.
Experience in social media advertising operations such as Facebook, Twitter, and LINE.
